| Refund policy: |
| For those that have paid the registration fee but are unable to attend, a refund may be requested. Requests made before May 31th, 2025: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. Requests made after June 1st, 2025: No refunds will be provided. |
| Payment: |
| All payments are to be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary, to the order of VOYAGER TRAVEL & CONGRESS as follows. Bank charges are to be settled by the payer. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent aſter receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address provided for communication. Late registration fees will apply for any payments received aſter the stated deadline. Outstanding payments are to be paid onsite. Early bird rates are valid if paid until the early bird registration deadline. |
